Being responsible for the overall operations of H-A-D, Jackie has made it priority one to keep focus on her business as well as her clients. Jackie oversees all of the H-A-D staff and business activities, in addition to one on one mortgage client services.


Jackie has always been a girl with her nose in books but still maintaining an outgoing personality. A dual major in Finance and Real estate from CSUN, and a fully licensed mortgage broker make her an unquestionable fit for H-A-D Financial and Insurance Services, Inc.

She started her career in accounting and within a few years joined a Fortune 100 company as Financial Analysis Manager, analyzing risks and seeking opportunities for her company. Jackie's quality control skills bring her clients a new sense of security when obtaining mortgage loans. In today's competitive market many brokers will do just about anything to close the deal. Jackie however will only close the right deal. She treats her clients’ money like she would her own by going over each opportunity with a fine toothed comb to ensure her client gets the best deal for their future not just that fastest. Strong negotiating skills and ethics are something you either have or don't have, fortunately for H-A-D and our clients these qualities are second nature to Jackie.

Currently Anhdy heads one of the most successful financial service agencies, specializing in insurance, mortgage and real estate. He is strategically focused on the continued success and the strategic direction of the company.

As VP of Business Development for H-A-D Financial and Insurance Services, he is true to HAD’s vision to allow their clients the knowledge of getting it right the first time. No longer having to deal with ten different agents, H-A-D offers you the safety and security of limited access. This means the clients’ information is being handled by one agent greatly minimizing the risk of identity theft. This innovative idea as well as Anhdy’s hands-on approach to running H-A-D, have swiftly propelled their success and continues to bring satisfied clients in their door.

Anhdy started his career as an engineer, fine tuning details and knowing it took each piece to make something function. He took these qualities and moved into the legal field working in a fast paced arena where precision is everything. No longer buried in machinery and technical design programs, this gave him the opportunity to realize his true calling, the clients. After many years of hard work and determination, Anhdy moved into the real estate, finance and insurance industry promoting his career to allow him to work in the capacity he is most suited - helping people complete their dreams and secure their future. With 15 years of legal and finance experience under his belt, Anhdy is making his mark with H-A-D.
